And if you add Rio Tinto, Warner Bros, Big Fishing, and potentially Chorus Networks, there’s a pattern. In light of more recent revelations, it could also be called “doing a Holden” or “too big to fail”.

And the just-announced decision to drop charges against Pike River on a technicality – FFS – bring to mind the words, “too big to jail”.

I’m no fan of Banks, but what kind of cunt voluntarily donates $50,000 to someone and then sets out to completely destroy the beneficiary’s career for accepting the offer.
