The Lost series is fab, but why people feel compelled to post rather mundane photos in the comments section is bizarre.

Might be mundane for you ,as for mine this series was inspiration. I guess the responses are in the eye of the beholder who wish to share that which follows after one views the series and where the word "Lost" takes one and the many paths off that.. Of course us amateurs don't believe we can be as fab as the originals, but the inspiration can grow from taking part . By all means, feel free to ignore the comments section.

Glad you like it.
Welcome to the community. We take a broad view of creativity, and aim at an accessible forum for photographers of all persuasion, skill level, and camera types. Often the photos are in place of words, and create their own dialogue.
We hope our contributors will pick up on the strong community spirit we have developed over the past three years. Please feel free to drop your own mundane photos in the comments.
We’re an inclusive bunch. :-)
