Impromptu shrubbery (the angle of the morning light made the street-side, with all its flowers, the side that you’re supposed to look at and saw “wow!”, really boring).

    Ephemeral building, solid trees.

    The lantern tree.

Cornwall Park, Auckland in this morning’s fog. Except it’s not morning, being about 12:30pm when I took these. It was fogtastic.

Some more. It really was quite surreal there today. Kids were walking around the hills with parents and shouting out to each other in the gloom like moon explorers who had lost their lunar explorer buggy. “Where are we?” “I don’t know!”

Dunedin had a stunning clear sunny day today. Although it didn't top 10 degrees. ;-)

I was in Glenfalloch Gardens in Portobello. That’s the harbour in the distance.

A flock of magnolias had alighted in a treetop.

And another tree was holding all its fluffy buds.
