  • Ethan Tucker,

    where they embiggen better

For some reason I love this neologism. Sounds like something chummy out of James & The Giant Peach.

  • andin,

No? Oh well, then, sell your tickets in a huff like you keep threatening to, and see no bands at all. That’ll teach ’em.

If they're selling one cheap. I'll take one!

  • Andrew C,

The promoters of both festivals have had rude shocks this year.

Which may also end up being a double whammy if it puts people off early purchasing tickets for next year's event if they fear acts might withdraw.

Aaaaaaahhhhhh he and the Expressions were so awesome aaaaaahhhhh! Thank you so much for the recommendation. I brought three people with me and they all loved it. (We had some tiny-child-related issues at home which meant we couldn't have a drink earlier, though. Sorry to have missed you.)

Also, as a "lady" in the audience, I felt greatly appreciated. :)

  • Alan Perrott,

yeah, it was a brilliant night.

the ever lovely Mr Baker even snared me a signed copy of the Faithful Man 7. we're tagteaming at Golden Dawn for the BDO aftermatch so I reckon it's likely to get a spin.

just wish Charles Bradley was playing here as well. oh well.
