I was quite suprised the other week when this silvery C-3PO (actually TC-14 from The Phantom Menace) started showing his face by my comments. Something I signed up for a year or more ago and subsequently forgot completely about.
I bet now I've said this, I won't get the damn icon by this post...

Have you guys seen any of those really shoddy Looney Tunes DVDs out there, all using really old cartoons which I assume have become public domain? My kids have been given a few in the last couple of years. Some of them look like the transfer process was simply videotaping a projected movie. Shoddy images, worse sound.
I'd be perfectly happy to never see a disney cartoon being resold by another company, but I do agree the scope of the copyright legislation by Disney is ridiculous.

I read that thing about this being Clapton's 1st NZ show in the HoS yesterday. My friend and I came to the conclusion that in 1990 we must have seen Eric Carmen.
Or Richard Clapton.
Someone going by the name Eric Clapton also played here in the mid Seventies.
I absolutely loved Clapton's Dominos heavy and Classic-Hits-Pop-Song light set on Saturday.

I finally watched that Donnie Davies video. Oh, it has to be a joke, surely?
I then went to lovegodsway.org - that has to be part of the joke, doesn't it? I do like the list of Gay Bands list on there, especially seeing user submissions are accepted.
Please tell me this ranks up alongside bonzaikittens and Real Ultimate Power as one of the best parodies on the net.
