Post, then edit and add photo. Can have up to 3 in a post but have to add them one at a time.

Dresden, how it would rather remember itself. Presumably this work would have been recreated from photos, I doubt it could have survived the firestorm.

Another one of these painted utility boxes. This one’s a bit weird tho.
What is this? Is the woman with the cake worried that she will end up with the tum like the chap in the background? Or is she thinking that cake will give her a headache suggested by the woman in the background?
Or is it just a strange comment on Newmarket?

    Dunedin. Northern motorway overbridge.
The story here is that the mural originally did not have the cat on the far right, But someone very carefully painted in a black pig in the same style. When the mural was repainted, it was repainted as another cat.

This is a sculpture at the University of Otago called Crown-Land-Crown by David McLeod (Marble and Bronze). When it was put in in 1995, it was fairly quickly graffitised with each of the sections having a word added in green crayon: Yours, Mine, Ours, Theirs.
The work was relocated in 2005, when the artist took the opportunity to permanently sandblast the words into the work, as he had enjoyed the addition.

Signage art long covered up, briefly re-revealed, before soon being demolished. It actually appears to be a mosaic. Halifax Street, Nelson.

Judging by the size of it, that was probably
