Nice pictures Michael, great to see yet another eye on the world.
Wonder if that white pony is feeling just a little out of place? : ) -

Last week. Ellerslie.
That'll be the real Ellerslie then, not the Chchch garden show fake.

How has Joe Wylies gravatar become Nora Leggs ??? Most confusing. It’s Joe Wylie! that’s all I know him as. That’s weird, it changed mid post so ignore this then, maybe it was just me?
Am pleased to add that this week my bougainvillea is in bloom properly for the first time in its life so far and out the front of the house, this brom showed up to compliment it. -

I think we have the same bouganvillea - but that bromeliad! My!

I trained it for the last 5 years up a pole onto the deck . My aim is for it to now droop to create an umbrella hopefully.I have a couple of broms in bloom at the mo. I’m in the process of transferring many of them but the ones at the front will remain.
Was also quite pleased with Bainsii . Its sprouted a bit too :) -

Aahhh!
Both Mary & I have that one! (Her nextdoor neighbour gave her part of his bromeliad collection –so, in honour of his memory – and because they’re bloody fantastically beautiful plants – foliage & flowers – we try to keep ’em going…) -

Oh, what William Colenso could have done with a laminator …
And that’s a lovely car, Joe.

Yeah, I'm a bit snap happy at the moment, although this next series evokes different mood.
Marcus decided he wanted to see the Museum. He was impressed by this room.
Particularly the Wilson Wall.
I, on the other hand, found the sentiment in the last shot the most hopeful, perhaps this century could be humanity's finest. It says "Let these panels never be filled", and I put a live 21st century human in there deliberately.

This should be a thing.

Having him there is the making of the photos. Nice.
