Wow, what a combo!
Since you brought him up, I think we've been here before, but not since Feb 22.
John Cale in Christchurch, 1983. I Keep A Close Watch, for you all rolling in the deep.

My tiny brain would be sorely over-taxed if I attempted to unravel the conversation here..but Lucy mentions Westerns. I have been away in Melbourne and one of the best things I did there (in addition to talking to Henry Jenkins via videolink to Rio) was see Meek's Cutoff (due to screen in the NZFF). A lovely, quiet film about the West and (bravely) a film without resolution.

O I think it's mesnt to be a total raveldom Geoff...notes "Meek's Cutoff" for films to pursue later-

Ian Dalziel, thank you so much for that link. That is the place, and there are glimpses of the garden in that video clip. But it is not feminist chocolate (which was my assumption from the name), but Spiritual Human Evolution chocolate! And they have a chocolate bus.

Lettuce not to the marriage of true minds
Admit implements.Oh wait, it's 'let me'. Well, having peaked, I shall retire to my chambermaid.
I love how this story is developing some vegetable love...how Marvellous....

Sidhe are similarly not feminist game developers, despite the pronunciation of their name. :)

I am not responsible for this. It was that green grosser from the south.
Anyway, everyone knows we loves the Falafels more.
ETA: That is now my favourite food song, of all time!

Sacha, it's not about logic. I found this place on a drive around Governors Bay last year. Was there all of about 10 minutes as driver was in a hurry. The beautiful setting and the exquisite chocolate (I think I bought something Mayan) made an impression and I didn't remember the name except that it hinted at something feminist, and it was Ian D who revealed the details (above). The Facebook page refers to 'sacred chocolate alchemy ' which appeals.

Sacha, in reply to
Hey, I would have made the same assumption :)
Seems a good story element, in any case.

I'm pretty sure the Global Feminist Borg Collective has assimilated all chocolate to its own ends. Sayin'.

So, just to recap. Actually, I have not the faintest idea what's happening. Anyone? Emma? Are we there yet? Did the ship sink? Is there anything you need from us, umm, whatsits?
Inconceivably, today I discovered a whole new genre on YouTube. FanTrailer.
This one seemed... apposite.

Urm (again) - I think it's for folk who go to the great Orcon blend.
The rest of us were just having our leetle playful bits with what was going round. And, I lurve "The Princess Bride."

+1 million.
Yeah, I'm going to the OGB, but was just wondering how Emma was getting on with the PA story, and wondered if she wanted us to explore any new territory. Not that we usually need much encouragement.

She probably needs some help injecting some smut into to story
-
Islander, in reply to
From what I can gather, Emma needs no help whatsoever in injecting any kind of smut in any kind of degree into any kind of kink or scene or story or romance whatsoever- I think-

Suggest steam train or tugboat. Steamy, smutty.

Maybe - consider the attraction of dirty young females - or same, cleaning up dirt.
I *am* thinking of Hayao Miyazaki's devotion to this meme**Yep. Have all his works with English track or subtitles. "Princess Mononoke" is especially hard to get out your head...
